We make every effort to receive your order quickly and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy to find out the delivery methods and deadlines.
Shipping costs
- Orders of 50 CHF or more : Shipping is free.
- Commands of less than 50 CHF : Shipping costs of 7.50 CHF apply.
- These costs apply uniformly for all delivery addresses in Switzerland, without special treatment for military addresses.
Treatment and delivery times
- Standard products : Orders containing only standard products are processed and shipped within 4 working days after receiving the order.
- Personalized products : These products require a minimum of 4 weeks of production before shipment.
- Personalized section clothing : The production and delivery time is communicated when ordering and may vary depending on the quantity and specificities.
Orders monitoring
Once your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email with the follow-up information, if applicable. You can follow your package directly on the Swiss Post website.
Delivery areas
Myarmy.ch sends only in Switzerland and does not offer to send abroad.
Responsibility for damage or losses
Myarmy.ch undertakes to carefully pack each order to guarantee a reception in good condition. In the event of a transport or reception problem, contact us shop@myarmy.ch So that we can assess the situation and find a solution.
