Returns, exchanges and reimbursement

Return conditions
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, however, a problem arises regarding your order, we have implemented a simple and flexible return policy.

  • Return preparation: The article must be returned to the state where it was received
  • Return time : You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to request a return.
  • Return shipping : Return shipping is fully supported by Myarmy.ch, at no cost for you.
  • Restocking fees : No restocking fees will be applied.

Personalized products
Personalized products (for example, badges or clothing with specific registrations) cannot be returned, unless the product is damaged at reception. In this case, we invite you to contact our customer service to organize a return.
If a major problem arises for a personalized product, please contact us directly at shop@myarmy.ch So that we can find an adapted solution.

Refund
The reimbursement of returned products is made after receipt of your return and control of this one. Damaged or dirty items will not be refunded.
